8th Annual Toys 4 Tots Pub Crawl @ The Irish Rover

Mark it down on your calendars, Santa Pub Crawl for Toys 4 Tots will be on Saturday, December 17th. Put on your Christmas gear (Santa hats, elf costumes, ugly Christmas sweaters, etc) and come out for a fun time with the Denver Harlequins Rugby Team.
Bar lineup and Times are confirmed and as always we will end the crawl at The Irish Rover!
Toys for Tots asks that you donate a new, unwrapped toy (valued at under $20). You are welcome to bring more than one toy. Please note: Toys for Tots prefers not to accept realistic looking weapons and gifts with food. If donated, such items will NOT be distributed.
If you are parking at the Irish Rover (so your car is at the end of the pub crawl), parking is available on street, behind Goodwill, or in the Security Service parking lot.

Harlequins GraceFull Cafe Fundraiser @ The Irish Rover Pub

Scrimmage Vs. Harlequins Wheelchair Rugby Club @ Craig Hospital Gymnasium

Woo Hoo! Our sister rugby club, The Denver Harlequins Wheelchair Rugby Club, has invited us to play them in a scrimmage match on 11/18.  We have been hoping to revive this tradition of cross sport scrimmaging for some time.
Wheelchair Rugby demo:
The Denver Harlequin Wheelchair Rugby team will host the Harlequins 15’s men’s team, old boys and anybody else brave enough to get in a wheelchair. We will do a demonstration of the sport and then we will let our 15’s team play against the wheelchair rugby team.
1 – 3:30 pm Demo and Scrimmage
4- ?? pm: Social at the Irish Rover Pub
Come to play or watch the AB Denver Harlequins get slaughtered as we attempt to play wheelchair rugby, or murderball if you prefer.

A Very Merry QuinsMas @ The Irish Rover

‘Tis the season for giving and gathering with dear friends. The Denver Harlequins Rugby Organization (Able Bodied and Wheelchair Quins) will be partnering with Toys For Tots to bring a little Christmas cheer to children in need.
DRESS UP !! Come as Santa, an elf, wear that hideous holiday sweater, come in a onesie, or surprise us ! BUT please bring a toy for Toys For Tots, unwrapped around $10.

Harlequins Support Gracefull – Community Dinner @ Gracefull Community Cafe

We will be using some of the money we raised from the fall fundraiser to host a community dinner at Gracefull Cafe. I will need 5-7 volunteers that can help cook food, prep, do dishes, help serve food etc. We had a TON of fun doing this last time and the community really appreciated our help. 2017-2018 Season Ending Banquet @ Kline's Beer Hall
May 11 @ 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Capping off the 2017-2018 Season in sytle, the Harlequins will be holding their annual end of the season party at Kline’s Beer Hall.  This is our chance to honor our active players, alumni and fans while reminiscing about our rugby adventures over dinner and a pint.  We have many things to be thankful for and celebrate.  For those who have shown unwavering dedication and commitment to the club over this season, there will be a stable of awards handed out, selected by the active players, alumni, and coaches.
This year, our venue will be Kline’s Beer Hall.  This is a formal event, so come dressed in your finest blue and read suits.  All of the Harlequins continuum is invited to attend: Players, Alumni, Family, Friends, and Fans.

Cook Park Shed & Field Day @ Cook Park
May 20 @ 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Before the Summer 7s Season gets in to full swing, we will be holding a workday to spruce up our facilities at Cook Park.  Our primary objectives will be to level and fix the shed doors and re-seed the field.  Refreshments will be provided, but feel free to bring more if you feel so inclined.

Special Olympics Rugby Clinic @ Cook Park
Oct 20 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

The Denver Harlequins will be hosting and running a Special Olympics Rugby Clinic for anyone willing to give this historic and celebrated sport a shot.  The event will be held October 20th from 1 – 3 pm at the Cook Park rugby pitch and is free to attend.  If you are a Special Olympics athlete we invite you to register for an afternoon of sports and fun.

Mile High Mayhem Wheelchair Rugby Tournament @ Denver Christian High School
Feb 15 – Feb 17 all-day

This is going to be a D1, 6 team, 1 Court tourney from Feb 15-17.  Friday and Saturday will be at Denver Christian High School like last year.  The three games on Sunday will be at a different gym as Denver Christian is not available Sunday (we are still looking for that gym).  The six teams will be:
